How long does it take to onboard?
It takes around 15 minutes to onboard Xiva, and you can start enjoying all features after successful document approval.
What documents and details are required to onboard?
A UK government-issued ID, a clear selfie, proof of residential address, personal details, and business information are required.
Are there any specific requirements for the documents?
Documents must be valid and original. Ensure they are on the accepted documents list before starting the onboarding process.
How is the verification process done?
Xiva partners with Veriff to verify your ID document and confirm liveliness. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete verification.
Why am I asked to update my application?
If information is missing or incorrect, you’ll find the reason in the identification menu. Complete the pending steps to finish onboarding.
Why was my application rejected?
Applications may be rejected for invalid IDs, exceeding risk tolerance, being on the prohibited list, or operating outside the UK.
My business is less than a year old, and I’m unsure of my sales/revenue figures; what should I do?
Enter your expected figures. Start small—big things grow over time!
