How to add, edit, and organise the services you offer

What kind of services can be listed online?

Services like cleaning, carpentry, yoga sessions, etc., can be listed, subject to compliance with legal restrictions.

Can I upload multiple services at once?

Yes, it is simple to upload multiple services at the same time, all you need to do is download the .csv format from the “Service” section, fill in the list of services in the format and upload it back. The list of services uploaded will be populated in the app. Refer below mentioned snapshot for more details.

What is the difference between price types: fixed price, starting from, and free?

"Fixed Price" is a set amount, "Starting From" is a base price defined after consultation, and "Free" is for free consultations.

Is there any limitation to the number of services that can be added to the website?

No, there’s no limit to the number of services you can add.

What should I do if the service requires more than 24 hours to complete?

You can re-book the service or manually block the required time in your schedule.

Can a service be listed under multiple categories?

Yes, but you must create a new entry for each category.

Can I book a group consultation or classes?

Not yet, but we’re working on it.

What is a recommended service?

Highlight a specialty service as "recommended" to make it stand out on your website.

What is the minimum and maximum duration of a service?

You can set durations ranging from 1 minute to 23 hours and 59 minutes.

Can I hide a service on the website?

Yes, you can hide services by disabling the "display on website" option in the app.

Can’t I add a free consultation?

Yes, select "Free" as the price type while adding the service.

Why am I not able to delete a service from the list?

Services linked to past customer accounts cannot be deleted. However, you can hide them.
