What are the Day Balance and Next Settlement figures displayed on the dashboard?
The Day Balance shows earnings for the current day. The Next Settlement indicates the amount scheduled for the next payout cycle.
At what frequency do the Day Balance and Next Settlement balances refresh?
Day Balance updates with each transaction between 00:00 and 23:59. The Next Settlement updates daily at 00:01.
Can I generate a statement of my account for accounting purposes?
Yes, generate statements via 'Next Settlement' on the dashboard. Choose a date range and file type (PDF/CSV).
Can I withdraw the amount to another bank account?
Contact the support team at support@xiva.com to update bank account details.
Can I choose the frequency of payments to my bank account?
The standard payout cycle is T+1 (payouts processed the next business day).
Can I add a custom shortcut to the dashboard?
Custom shortcuts are not currently supported.
Where can I see appointments pending for my confirmation?
View pending appointments on the dashboard under "Bookings to Confirm" or in Orders > Appointments > Requested.
Why does my Next Settlement balance show a negative figure?
Negative balances indicate fees like refunds or chargebacks. The amount will be adjusted in the next settlement cycle.
