How does communication work?

Communication settings let you enable/disable automated emails for various stages, such as appointment confirmations and payment reminders.

Are the automated email templates customizable?

No, but you can enable or disable them as needed.

Can I select which emails should be automated and which should not?

When will the appointment reminder be sent to clients?

Reminders are sent 24 hours before appointments by default. Timing can be customized.
