Yes, you can set custom business hours for each day.

Is it possible to take appointments outside my defined business hours?

No, appointments are only available during your defined business hours.

Can I block personal time within the defined business hours?

Yes, you can block personal time, which will be shown as unavailable on your calendar but visible only to you.

Can I manually confirm each appointment before final booking?

Yes, you can manually confirm appointments by enabling the "Confirmation Required" option in Profile > Website > Online Booking System.

Can I set up a response time for appointment confirmation?

Yes, clients can receive an automated email informing them of your response time for manual confirmations.

Do the clients get any confirmation of the appointment?

Yes, automated emails keep you and your clients updated at every stage, from initiation to payment confirmation.

Can I customise the email template for appointment confirmation?

No, email templates are not yet editable, but you can switch them off if needed.

Do I need to send manual reminders to my clients for their appointment?

No, you can set automated reminders to be sent 24 hours, 3 hours, or 1 hour before appointments.

Can the appointment be integrated with the local calendar on the phone?

Not yet, but this feature is under development.

Can I book appointments for group events?

Not yet, but we’re working on it. Register your interest to let us know your priorities.

How can appointments be rescheduled?

Clients can reschedule appointments through their account up to 24 hours before the appointment. You can also reschedule anytime via the app.

How can appointments be cancelled?

Clients can cancel unconfirmed appointments. Confirmed appointments require direct contact for cancellation. You can cancel via the app at any time.
