My mission is to inspire, empower and guide individuals to become the best version of themselves by adopting a holistic and sustainable  lifestyle. I'm incredibly passionate about helping others achieve a healthy mind, body, skin and soul.​I have been a Reiki Master and teacher for over 18 years. I am also a qualified Hot Stone massage therapist and also offer a variety of holistic treatments and therapies in and around Stourbridge, West Midlands.I run self-development workshops, mindfulness sessions and retreat days that focus on health, wellbeing and spirituality. I am an accredited Acu Seeds practitioner and official retailer.
