FixX

FixX is a community bike shop that helps young people into sustainable employment by building confidence, purpose and resilience through mechanics training, work placements and mentoring. They are a non-profit Hartcliffe community organisation who sell second-hand bikes, offer good quality mechanical repairs and a door-to-door bicycle courier service at competitive prices.  

Set up in 2017 by local youth workers and residents as a response to growing sense that young people were seen as a source of problems in the community. They know the things they are capable of if given the right support and opportunities.
